Megan Huston, LPCC, LMHC, ADHD-CCSP

Licensed in Ohio & Florida

Hi, I’m Megan! My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and practical. I want therapy to be a place where you can be honest about what's working, what's not, and what you're struggling with, without feeling judged or like you need to say the “right” thing.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we'll make space to understand what's underneath the patterns you're experiencing while also developing practical skills you can use outside of our sessions.

I believe therapy should adapt to the person in front of me, not force you into a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, find your voice, and build changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your actual life.

Sylvester M Huston III, LISW-S, ADHD-CCSP

Licensed in Ohio

I’m Sylvester M Huston III, MSW, LISW-S, ADHD-CCSP, and my therapeutic style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationships, life transitions, and the everyday overwhelm of balancing life. My approach blends person-centered and strengths-based therapy with CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.

I’m an active therapist, so we’ll talk, laugh when appropriate, challenge patterns, explore the hard stuff, and build practical tools that actually fit your life. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you better understand yourself, work with your brain instead of against it, and create meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable.
