Stop Fighting Your Brain. Start Working With It.
You probably don't need another planner, productivity hack, or person telling you to “just try harder.”
ADHD coaching is about understanding how you work and building practical strategies around it. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, experiment with tools that fit your life, and create systems that feel realistic enough to actually use.
ADHD Coaching for Every Stage of Life.
ADHD can look different depending on where you are in life and the support that works should look different, too.
Coaching is tailored to the person in front of us, whether that's a child learning to manage school and routines, a teen juggling growing independence, a college student navigating life on their own, or an adult trying to keep up with everything life throws their way.
Kids
Building Skills Early
Kids with ADHD often know what they're supposed to do—the hard part is remembering, starting, and sticking with it.
Coaching helps build practical skills around routines, organization, responsibilities, multi-step tasks, and independence in ways that make sense for their age.
Parent involvement is incorporated to help strategies carry over into everyday life.
Teens
Finding What Works for You
School, activities, responsibilities, friends, and expectations can pile up fast—especially when time management, organization, or getting started already feels hard.
Coaching helps teens build strategies that work for them while developing more confidence, independence, and follow-through.
College Students & Young Adults
Navigating More Independence
More freedom usually comes with more things to manage—and suddenly no one is reminding you that the thing is due tomorrow.
Coaching provides practical support with deadlines, routines, priorities, time management, accountability, and balancing responsibilities while figuring out what works in this stage of life.
Adults
Making Life Work Better
ADHD doesn't disappear when you become an adult. The expectations just get bigger.
Coaching can help with work, home, relationships, organization, time management, routines, and follow-through—without expecting you to completely overhaul your personality or become a productivity machine.
The goal isn't perfect productivity. It's making everyday life work better for you.
Supporting Someone with ADHD?
ADHD doesn't only affect the person who has it. It can shape routines, communication, expectations, responsibilities, and relationships with the people around them.
Parents & Caregivers
Supporting Your Child Starts With Understanding
Parent coaching helps you better understand your child's neurodivergence while developing practical strategies for communication, routines, expectations, emotional regulation, and growing independence.
The goal isn't to change who your child is. It's to better understand what they need and strengthen the way you support them.
Partners
Understanding ADHD in Your Relationship
When your partner has ADHD, differences around communication, time, responsibilities, organization, or follow-through can create frustration on both sides.
Coaching can help you better understand ADHD, recognize patterns that aren't working, and develop practical ways to communicate and support your relationship.
A note about partner coaching: Partner coaching is not couples therapy or relationship counseling.
It is educational and skills-based support focused on understanding ADHD and navigating its impact on everyday life and relationships.
Less “You Should.” More “What Actually Works?”
There isn't one right way to manage ADHD. What works beautifully for one person may be completely useless for someone else - and that's kind of the point.
ADHD coaching gives us space to figure out where things are getting stuck, why they're getting stuck, and what might actually help. Instead of handing you a list of things you “should” be doing, we'll work together to build strategies around your real life, responsibilities, strengths, and brain.
01 — Figure Out What's Getting in the Way
What's creating the most friction?
Starting • Time • Routines • Priorities • Organization • Follow-through
02 — Build Something That Fits
We'll create practical strategies around your brain, responsibilities, strengths, and real life.
03 — Try It. Adjust It. Keep What Works.
Try the strategy. See what happens.
If it works, build on it. If it doesn't, adjust it.

Is ADHD coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on goals, skills, strategies, systems, and accountability. Therapy is a clinical mental health service that may include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns.
